Monday- Today we both did a steady 11km and core.
Tuesday- We had badminton practice before school for 1.5 hours. Then after school we went on a 7 km run.
Wednesday- Laura went on a 6 km run, while Leslie went on a 9 km run. Laura got a massage today. We had badminton practice after school.
Thursday- Laura did not feel well at the workout where she did a tempo, some repeats, and some speed work. Leslie ran 8 km, did core, and went to badminton practice.
Friday- We had badminton practice after school and then we did core.
Saturday- Laura felt better as the workout progressed and her quads were sore, but her shins felt good. Leslie felt very tired. She did a tempo and hills for the workout.
Sunday- Laura ran 6 km today. Leslie's quads and knees were really acting up so she decided to not go on a run today.We both did core.
Totals: Laura: Ran: 58 km Badminton: 4.5 h
Leslie: Ran: 52 km Badminton: 6.5 h
